Overview

Hits hard both on and off-field, meaning she's always contributing damage no matter who's active
Has zero Resonance Energy requirements for her Resonance Liberation - just use it whenever
Works as both a Main DPS and a Sub-DPS buffer for Heavy Attack focused Resonators
Has strong self-buffs to ATK and CRIT stats, so she doesn't rely heavily on teammates to perform well - which is a big part of what makes her great in a Sub-DPS role
Loaded with CC and naturally builds Vibration Strength (Interruption Resistance) while cutting down Damage Taken - basically lets you ignore a lot of enemy attacks without flinching

If you need Phrolova make sure to get her Signature Weapon or else just pull Camellya for a Havoc Main DPS.
Her Echo set is usable on her and basically her alone, and her weapon has low value outside of her kit since Stringmaster exists. If you build her, that build stays on her permanently
Her Aftersound stacks take time to ramp up and her Enhanced Intro Skill mechanics mean her first rotation is noticeably weaker than all later ones
Already has so much ATK in her own kit that external ATK buffs from teammates barely do anything for her
